Gucci and Palace Team Up for High-low, Logo-heavy Collaboration for Vault

Image
MILAN — Gucci’s hype-chasing approach to collaborations is hitting British streetwear. The luxury house’s creative director Alessandro Michele is teaming with Palace Skateboards and its founders Levent Tanju and Gareth Skewis for a collection dropping exclusively on Gucci Vault, the Italian label’s experimental online space launched in 2021 that’s dedicated to vintage, curation of designer items and special drops. After the Adidas x Gucci collaboration for fall presented on the runway last February, Gucci is again toying with its logo and house codes, reimagining them for a youthful audience and adding the emblems and logo of Palace. It debuts following speculation in recent days on online media outlets and social media accounts devoted to streetwear about the two teaming up. The Italian house revealed the collaboration on Instagram. The collection comprises clothing for all genders and includes Palace’s debut womenswear pieces. In a blend of high and low, the pieces combine Gucci’s do

Did Palace and Gucci just drop this year’s best football shirts

Gucci are once again making its mark on football fashion Palace and Gucci might not seem like natural collaborators. One is a London-based streetwear brand, while the other is one of Italy’s most famous luxury labels. In recent years, though, the gap between the two had narrowed and their recently-announced collection is neither surprising nor unexpected. What is more unexpected is the collection’s obvious football influence. The collaboration includes three football shirts, each is a contender for shirt of the season, while also fusing Gucci’s luxury heritage with Palace’s tongue-in-cheek imagery. The first shirt nods to Gucci’s Italian roots, with the national team’s iconic blue covered with Gucci’s double G monogram and a gold sponsor-style logo. The Italian influence continues onto another of the shirts, which sports Gucci’s green and red colours in a Hechter-style stripe down the centre of its white base. Both of these shirts also feature a special Palazzo Gucci club crest. The

Palace and Gucci Combine to Drop Three Football Jerseys In New Collection

Image
Palace and Gucci just put the streetwear world in a headlock with a surprise collaboration that expertly blends the aesthetics of both brands across an extensive apparel range that includes three football jerseys. Palace have long had a reputation for diving into the Serie A archives for inspiration within their seasonal drops so when the opportunity came to work with one of the most prominent Italian fashion houses in the world, it was always going to go in this direction. All three jerseys carry hallmarks of the Gucci brand and touch points from jersey culture to create a trifecta of statement pieces. The first drops in an all-blue colourway and features Gucci’s “Knight” logo – which the brand used between 1955-1992 – in the spot usually reserved for club crests. The second drops in a clean white colourway and features Gucci’s signature red and green stripes running through the centre of the jersey, akin to Chelsea’s away kit in 03/04 or many contemporary PSG shirts. The third jers

The details: The installation celebrates Gucci’s contribution to travel luggage and accessories. Showcasing updates to their signature designs for trunks, duffel bags, suitcases, garment bags, stationary, and pet accessories. Since then the Gucci brand has expanded into accessories, cosmetics, and is now considered one of the top luxury fashion brands in the world today.Last year The Savoy collaborated

Minecraft Player Builds A Working Version of Wordle In-Game

Image
One Minecraft player showed off their incredibly intricate and gigantic build of a working, in-game version of the popular word puzzle game Wordle. One crafty and inventive Minecraft player has built a fully-functional version of the hit word-puzzle game Wordle in-game using Redstone. This is hardly the first time that Minecraft players have used the game's many decorative and functional blocks to recreate a game. One Minecraft player famously built an entire chessboard so that they and their friends could enjoy playing the game within a game. Minecraft is perhaps better known for its player creations than its designed "campaign." While many players do enjoy building up their resources to the point that they can fight (and slay) the Ender Dragon, many more Minecraft players prefer to avoid these conflicts altogether and spend their time building. Minecraft's sandbox-style gameplay, which comes complete with a pacifist creative mode, allows for players to design, buil
